Individual health and our environment can be very closely linked. We know that by simply being outdoors, in a natural environment, is good for your mental health and eating healthy can improve your physical health.

We run various activities that help promote healthy living whilst also supporting and improving our natural environment.

From fitness groups, health walks, cookery workshops, budgeting your food shop, or sourcing local and seasonal produce, we can support individuals or other community groups to promote and improve local health issues.
Recently we developed and printed our first No Waste Cookbook which you can pick up free at local food projects/banks across the Hastings and Rother area. We are also co-hosting a series of family cookery sessions in the Sidley area to help young children build skills and confidence in the kitchen with support from their adults/parents.
